Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Condition of items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or color, please contact us and we'll do our best to help — exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sexysecretsclothingco@gmail.com and we will resolve it at no extra cost to you.
